Orbit Health & Fitness operates their fully-equipped service centre, where repairs to all types of Orbit fitness equipment are carried out to manufacturers’ specifications.

Customer Care

Should you ever require your unit to be serviced, that has been purchased or hired from Orbit fitness, simply call us on 1300 13 42 13 and ask for the Service Department.
However we also have a spare parts division for all Orbit products, is you so happen to need only a part.

Repair Centre

Our service division pride themselves on providing a rapid response time to repairs, with call outs within 2 - 3 working days to keep your individual or business requirements up and running and to ensure your equipment is repaired with quality replacement parts at the highest levels of expertise.

Delivery Service

We deliver door to door at an nominal fee, our fleet of customer service vehicles are on the road daily committed to servicing our customers.
If you require your product to be installed our service division will install your equipment at an additional cost.

Warranty

All items sold or hired from Orbit Health & Fitness are covered by our comprehensive Orbit warranty, subject to the manufacturer speciification and within the confines of any stress/weight/movement parameters set down in the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
