If you’ve got a treadmill, or any cardio machine, from Orbit Fitness then you’ve got the service support you need to keep your treadmill in great running condition.
We provide a mobile on-site service, as well as full workshop equipment support, for all our machines and encourage you to have a service scheduled every 12 months.
To keep your machine in the best shape, we recommend a $149 preventative maintenance service approximately 12 months after your purchase.
The service usually takes about 30 minutes and involves our technicians checking and adjusting running mat tension, lubricating the running deck and frame pivot points, cleaning and vacuuming under the motor cover and checking all console functions including the heart rate monitor.

Do I Need to Get My Treadmill Serviced?
The answer to this question is simple, yes you do. It is important to do this every 12 months, depending on the hourly usage, or more frequently at higher usage rates.
If I Spray Silicone Under My Treadmill Running Mat Do I Still Need to Get a Service?
Yes, you will still need to have your treadmill serviced. While treadmills need to be lubricated regularly between the running belt and running board, over-spraying can contribute to premature electronic and mechanical failure. Modern treadmills have many electronic and mechanical components that require specialist maintenance at regular intervals.
Can You Provide Service Reminders?

Will It Void My Warranty if I Don’t Get a Service?
Orbit Fitness provides warranties on all its treadmills. Regular servicing is in line with service warranty provisions.
Are There Service Charges?
Yes, service charges do apply. We aim to provide quality service and keep your equipment running smoothly at the lowest possible cost. For individual owners, we offer a 12-month preventative maintenance service for $149.
For commercial and corporate clients, preventative maintenance programs can be tailored to suit usage patterns, cleaning schedules and the age of equipment.
