Indoorwalking dynamic new group exercise program is a very low impact, fun group fitness for everyone! The high intensity, high calorie burn (400-500 in 30 minutes) has many advantages over other forms of cardio exercise.
These low impact group cardiovascular fitness classes are led by fully qualified trainers and routines are accompanied by music to help keep you motivated. Participants use these specially designed elliptical machines called Spin X Trainers that simulate walking at different speeds and tracks, including shifts in gradients so it’s just like the real thing only indoors and out of the elements.
