Rebounder training has recently made a huge come back in the fitness and health industry in the past few years as it has had proven results in fat loss, increasing bone density and greatly aiding lymph flow (in regards to the lymphatic system - which is summarised as the "garbage disposal" of the human body, and therefore rebounding can be a brilliant detoxing technique) so for general health, you can't go past an Orbit Bungee rebounder! Fantastic item and great service! I just discovered the benefits of rebounding and admit I bought a lower quality rebounder with metal springs off ebay and I really wish I found your website first! My mum who has arthritis has tried it out and can already feel the absolute difference of a better quality and design of the orbit rebounder. Not just because they are bungee cords instead of metal springs but the "bounce" is a lot softer and helps you rebound better. The construction aspect was easy to put together with very easy to follow instructions and not too many moving parts to have to put together a lot of it is slide and click. The most laborious part of you want to call it laborious was having to install the 30 bungees, which is super easy once you figure out how to use the tool it comes with. The entire piece of equipment is so smart in its design and the cost is only a smidge more than what I paid for an inferior rebounder from eBay. If you have been looking for a reputable rebounder and want to support an Aussie business buy from here I know I will when my el cheapo rebounder from eBay breaks!

It has quite a soft bounce, in that it "gives" quite a lot more than my old one and that is taking some getting used to. The soft bounce makes it difficult to work out to many high energy songs and stay in time to the music, because I can't bounce as fast as I would like to. It does seem to be much better quality than my old one (which is the metal spring type) and I love that it has a larger bounce area. Overall I do like it (although it only arrived today so I've only used it once) but I do wish it wasn't quite as bouncy. I've only given it an 8 for quality because it's too early to say how long it will stand the test of time.

Diagrams are not easy to follow - it took a bit of trial and error to work out how to attached bunny cords. Also would have been better if some exercises were included - you don't even have any on your web site! I am still trying to work out the best way to use hogties equipment so rating is low for function and usability.
