12 Propeller Blade Steel Fan

The steel fan offers greater air movement which translates into a higher range at faster speeds with the added bonus of a cooling breeze through tough workouts.

Precision engineered with a high tensile steel frame, the AirForce 300 is super sturdy and eliminates frame wobble during hard sprints and hill climbs. Black powdercoat finish with red trim delivers a powerful look to complement it's powerful performance.

LCD Display with Performance Tracking

The LCD display has easy to read RPM, Speed, Time, Distance, Calories, Watts and Pulse. Six Programs: Interval, Target, Distance, Calories, Time and Heart Rate. Polar heart rate receiver built in, allowing the bike to connect to many heart rate belts.

Multi-Grip Handle Bars

Fitted with multi-grip handle bars to allow for both neutral and regular grip. Large, cushioned seat for comfort with 11 height adjustments and 7 fore and aft positions to suit all size users.

Fixed Foot Rests

To focus on upper body exclusively, the OAF300 has fixed footrests on either side, so you can supprt your weight or rest your legs as you continue to work your upper body.

I am on a weight loss journey and transitioning from a crossfit intensive box 4 times per week to personal training. This peice of equipment does all that I require minus the intense soreness of crossfit sessions and the 100 dollar a fortnight bill. I loved my crossfit gym but long term, this is more economical, both financially and physically. The biggest benefit, with hindsight, had been a reduction in daily soreness. One of my greatest buys in 2020.
