COVID-19 Delivery Information
Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Standard Delivery Time:
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. Intenza 450Ei2S Interactive Series Elliptical
Conceived to provide a natural and stable workout, the Intenza 450 Series Elliptical Trainer seamlessly mimics the timing and gait of natural running. Ergonomic handlebars are raised to a comfortable height for holding in a standing position and the pedalling motion adapted to emulate the movement of legs while running on the ground. Intuitively smooth and low—impact movement prevents stress to joints whilst providing a total body workout.
Featuring a power saving feature, minimal maintenance belt drive system for smoother, quieter exercise and high performance bottom bracket assembly with precision sealed ball bearing for exceptional performance. With 40 resistance levels, 6cm q-factor(space between pedals) and a step up height 35cm, the Intenza 450Ei2S Interactive Series Elliptical is both low impact and ergonomical.

Synonymous with function and value, the beautifully proportioned Intenza 450 i2S Console is designed for training with purpose and clarity. With a simple and intuitive clean, white LED backlit user interface, comprised of three buttons, Intenza’s precision Uni-Dial™ puts users front and centre to offer complete access to features at all times. Encased in laser etched aluminium, its anti-slip beveled sides deliver unrivalled functionality and control during workouts.
Uniting muscle with finesse, the 450 i2S gives you the familiar tactile feel of the Intenza experience through use of premium materials and detailing; but when your focus is pure training its aerodynamic functionality coupled with all-terrain programs offers an unrivalled practicality.
Recording error code information directly onto the console, Intenza 450 i2S maintenance needs are evaluated on-site by service engineers, or recorded and sent by email directly to Team Intenza Customer Support who will offer a solution.
