Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Orbit offers range of shipping options at checkout based on the cubic weight of the order & the lowest rates offered by our various carriers at that time.
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. There is a big transformation going on in the resistance of spin cycles.The physical resistance of the front flywheel is replaced by a rear aluminum flyweel with magnetic resistance. The Impulse PS450 features a belt drive and magnetic resistance, which is sold to match the needs of exercise and cardio fitness around the world.
PS450 features V-shaped structure and Q Factor(Pedal Spacing) of 164mm resulting in a ride that feels comfortable and natural. It is easy to adjust the seat and padded, multi grip handle bars in both the vertical and horizontal direction. PS450 features aluminium slides and newly designed adjustment knobs. Professional dual-sided pedals match the needs of ordinary riders and veterans, with both adjustable foot straps, and cycling cleat locks on the other side. Stretching gripped foot pads are located on the rear base to help users stretch before and after exercise to allow users to warm up, ride and cool down in a safe way.
The magnetic brake system provides more stable resistance, with more convenient adjustments. A simple lever allows you to position the resistance to your perfect level. 4.5” LCD console displays resistance 1-20 levels. The rear aluminium 3.5kg flywheel is waterproof with a plastic edged shroud to ensure rider safety. The maintenance free belt offers a quieter and smoother riding experience.
