COVID-19 Delivery Information
Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Standard Delivery Time:
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. This unit is designed to work two of the major muscle groups; these groups are the stomach and lower back. This machine is ideal for the individual who has had a lower back injury. The two best exercises on this machine are the ab crunch and the back extension. It is commercially graded to withstand the use of the local gym.

Manufactured with patented DuraFirm padding. This material stands up to the test of normal wear and tear; the padding also provides for maximum comfort during work out sessions.
- Working out specific body parts and specific exercises are best done at a 30 degree angle. This gives the best results and maximises time spent in exercise. The BodySolid Cam Series Ab and Back Machine is created at a 30 degree angle to give your body the exact bio mechanical motion it needs.
- The machine is considered a Light Commercial Quality grade. Its main supports are 5cm x 10cm.
- Depending on the user’s flexibility and strength, adjustments in the range of motion may need to be made. A pop pin makes any adjustments a breeze to fix. This is perfect for multiple users or an individual user who gradually increases in strength and flexibility.
- The lifting arm is adjustable to make it possible to excursive both the stomach and back muscles simultaneously.

- 20cm Olympic Adapter Sleeve - This converter turns the standard 2.5cm plate posts to 5 cm Olympic sized posts.

- Rubber Grip Olympic Plates - These rubber gripped plated are made from urethane and are unbeatable in quality, accuracy, and price.
