COVID-19 Delivery Information
Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Orbit offers range of shipping options at checkout based on the cubic weight of the order & the lowest rates offered by our various carriers at that time.
Standard Delivery Time:
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. A full featured performance Pilates reformer, the C2 Pro uses many of the same quality components as its bigger brother, the A2R. With increased carriage travel (now 113cm) and adaptability for Half Cadillac and Full Cadillac use, it's the perfect choice for for small studios, physio centres or for the serious home user. It also arrives 95% pre-assembled and ready to use!
New Silent Pulleys
Patented silent pulleys with metal free double loop handles, ropes and foot strap offer a super quiet user experience.
Rope Risers
Removable rope risers with 7 height positions (if extension legs are used) and 360° movement. Risers allow you to change the angle of pull. The lower the riser the greater the angle of pull and the greater amount of resistance the user will have to work against.
Head Rest and Moulded Shoulder Pad
New moulded shoulder pad plate with 3 angle adjustments. The headrest remains at the upright position all of the time and the only time it is lowered to the lowest level is when an exercise is performed where the users buttocks is going to lift off of the machine.
The shoulder pads prevent the user from sliding off of the machine when performing exercises.
Carriage Travel
Improved anodised aluminium runners with new self centring carriage for smooth operation. Innovative new shape catches dirt and stop carriage jam when cross loading springs. Carriage travel has been increased to a generous 106.5 cm and runs on an anodised aluminium track with a german engineered wheels for a smoother and quieter ride with dramatically reduced maintenance.
New RC Spring Tension Bar and Springs
5 x Nickel plated quality music wire springs (1 x light, 2 x medium, 2 x strong. These springs can be adjusted to suit the users requirements and works for your own individual needs.
The spring bar can be moved to 1 of 4 positions. When adjusting the position the stopper will also need to be moved to the relevant stopper position.
Rapid Rope Adjustment
Both ropes can be adjusted simultaneously with 7 length variations. The ropes can be adjusted as simple as creating some slack through the eyelet, allowing for the rope to come off of the eyelet and adjusted onto any one of the 7 eyelets. This will make the rope either shorter or longer. Ensure that both sides are a mirror image of each other and they are on the same eyelets as its opposite rope. Rope adjustments are used to maintain spring tension when you change the exercise that you are doing.
Foot Bar and Foot Plate
New single locking pin keeps the 4 position foot bar in place. The foot straps are fully adjustable.
Space Saving
The C2PRO is easy to wheel, move and store. It is stackable in head to toe format and can be stood up against a wall and anchored using the foot strap. Free standing legs, gondola pole and other accessories SOLD SEPARATELY*.
