COVID-19 Delivery Information
Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Orbit offers range of shipping options at checkout based on the cubic weight of the order & the lowest rates offered by our various carriers at that time.
Standard Delivery Time:
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. Featuring the same springs as a commercial reformer, the Align-Pilates H1 Home Reformer offers smooth and progressive resistance, with a range of adjustments to fine tune the machine to your workouts.
High Precision Springs Package
Designed for professional results, with 4 nickel plated music wire springs fitted with neoprene covers which reduce spring noise. Versatile resistance with 2 medium (60%), 1 strong (100%) and 1 light (30%)
Full Size Comfortable Bed
This outstanding reformer is finished in commercial grade PV upholstery, the surface is durable and yet comfortable.
Risers and Pulleys
The functionally designed pulleys bring the smooth, sleek efficiency we've come to expect from Align-Pilates. Featuring removable rope risers with 3 height options and 4 easy rope length adjustments, the H1 allows you to change the angle of the pull. The lower the riser, the greater the angle of pull and the greater the amount of resistance the user will have to work against.
Three Position Head Rest
This comfortable, on trend feature delivers impressive results with removable shoulder pads. The head rest can be quickly and easily adjusted to 3 different angles. The shoulder pads prevent the user from sliding off the machine when performing exercises.
Fast and Easy Adjustable Foot Bar
Engineered with 4 foot bar adjustments to custom fit any user to any position.
Steel Frame with 8 Wheel Carriage System
Durable and hard wearing, The H1 was built to perform. ISO approved and tested using a 150kg load on the carriage for over 53,000 cycles, the reformer was fully operational at the end of the testing, exceeding the test standards by over 2 times. The carriage is further enhanced by stainless steel tracks.
2 x Transport Wheels
Easily rolls away for storage and vertically stands to save on space. Vertically stored, the H1 is 235cm high. This is designed to fit under the Australian standard ceiling height of 240 cm.
Soft Silent Straps
New Align-Pilates double loop handles with 'silent' metal free connectors for a quieter, smoother workout.
Optional Leg Extenders
The H1 has an optional height adjustment, the H1-EXTLEG Leg Extenders add 17cm of extra height to get you up off the floor. Sold Separately.
