1.5HP DC Brushless Motor

The SS450's 1.5HP DC brushless motor is designed to provide smooth, quieter operation while reducing the brush-related maintenance associated with conventional brushed motors.

With speeds adjustable from 0.8 to 18km/h, the treadmill supports a range of home cardio workouts, from steady walking and jogging to faster running.

Adjustable Speed & Incline

Change the intensity of your workout with a 0.8–18km/h speed range and 0–12% incline.

The combination of adjustable speed and incline gives you more ways to vary your training, while quick-access controls make it easier to change settings during your workout.

Preset & Custom Workout Programs

The StarStrider SS450 includes 12 preset programs that automatically adjust speed and incline during your workout.

You can also use:

• 3 user-defined program slots
• 1 body fat analysis program
• Adjustable workout targets for time, distance and calories

This gives you the option to follow a preset session or customize your treadmill workout around your training preferences.

Console & Workout Tracking

The SS450 features a five-window LED console that displays key workout information while you train, including:

• Time
• Distance
• Speed
• Incline / altitude
• Pulse / calories

Quick keys provide access to preset speed and incline settings, while controls on the handles allow adjustments without relying solely on the main console.

Bluetooth Speakers, Tablet Holder & USB Charging

Connect a compatible device to the SS450's built-in Bluetooth speakers to listen to audio while you exercise.

The console also includes a spring-loaded tablet holder for compatible tablets and smart devices, plus a conveniently positioned USB charging port to help keep your device powered during longer workouts.

Heart Rate Monitoring & Safety

Grip pulse sensors built into the handles allow you to monitor your pulse while exercising. The SS450 is also wireless telemetry enabled for use with a compatible chest strap, which is sold separately.

For additional safety, the treadmill includes an emergency stop key and tether. Attach the tether to your clothing before training; if the safety key disconnects from the treadmill, the machine will automatically stop.
